Dashboard V2 redesigns the review around the thing you actually do all day: working through items. Select any item and a detail panel brings the evidence to you — flip between the captured video frame and the video itself, hear the customer’s voice note with its transcript alongside, check the AI’s confidence, assign cartons, and apply tags or flags without leaving the panel.

An AI Move Summary That Tracks Your Edits

The dashboard header now carries an AI Move Summary: shipped totals, a move complexity gauge, and a customer-ready narrative of the move. The totals update live as you edit — exclude the patio set and watch the numbers follow — while the narrative stays anchored to the original capture, clearly labeled so you always know which is which.

You can see it in the header of every screenshot on this page: total cube and weight, item and carton counts, and exclusions — live numbers, not a snapshot.

Review Together

Put Your Customer in the Room

Some conversations don’t work over a phone call and a PDF. Review Together lets you invite the customer into a live co-review session: they open a link, and they’re looking at the same survey you are — with a video call built right in. No third-party meeting app, no screen-share fiddling.

As you navigate, follow-me navigation keeps their view on yours — open the garage, they see the garage. Every edit you make syncs to their screen the moment you make it: “the treadmill isn’t coming? Watch, I’m taking it off right now.” The customer’s view is read-only, so they can see everything and change nothing. Works on desktop and mobile, on both sides.

How invites work: send the session invite to the customer’s email on file, or copy the session link and share it any way you like. Session links expire after 24 hours.
