The Link Is Out. The Email Has a Typo.

Survey links move fast. A rep takes a call, keys in the details, and the link is in the customer’s inbox before the call ends. That speed is the point — but it also means a transposed letter in an email address, a misspelled name, or a missing note travels with the survey.

The customer’s name is on every page of the report.

The email is where the link actually lands.

And until now, none of it could be fixed without starting over.

Once a link was generated, the details behind it were frozen. The only fix was to create a new survey and resend — an awkward do-over in front of the customer you’re trying to win.

Edit Survey Info — After the Link Is Sent

Every survey in your dashboard now has an Edit Survey Info action. Open it, fix the detail, hit Save. The survey link keeps working — no void, no resend, no second email to explain the first one.

One deliberate exception: move type locks when the link goes out. Pre-survey questions and downstream handling depend on it, so changing it mid-survey would pull the rug out from under the customer’s walkthrough. Set it right at send — everything else stays fixable.

Every Survey Starts With an Address

The Generate Survey Link form now takes a survey address alongside the customer’s name, email, and move type. It’s optional — but when you add it, the survey is pinned to the right property from the moment it’s created, instead of being just a name in a list.

Working a full pipeline of surveys, that’s the difference between “which Johnson is this?” and knowing exactly which home you’re looking at.
