A mover running international jobs on HomeSurvey.ai sent us a punch list from the field: let me override a weight, let me find my tagged items, let me fix a photo, let me show the tagged items in the report. This release ships all of it.
The AI builds the inventory.

Numbers You Can Overrule
Weight, Independent of Volume
Until now, weight and volume moved together — edit one and density math recalculated the other. Usually that’s what you want. But when you know the marble table weighs more than its cube suggests, you need to say so.
The item editor now has a Sync Weight & Volume checkbox. Leave it on and the two stay linked, recalculated by density. Turn it off and each field is yours — and the item header and AI summary show your numbers, not the recalculated ones.
Unlink the fields when you know better than the density table.
The Report Upgrade
A Photos Appendix, Driven by Tags
Special-handling items deserve photographic evidence in the report — the piano that needs a crew, the credenza with the scratch that predates you. Now the survey PDF can end with a Photos Appendix: every tagged item, with its photo and its tags.
Configure your tags
Settings → Organization → PDF Image Tags. Choose which tags belong in the report — say, Heavy or Pre-existing Damage.
Tag items in review
In the dashboard, apply those tags to the items that need the paper trail.
Export the PDF
The report ends with a Photos Appendix: item name, photo, and applied tags for every tagged item.

Filter by Tag. Pick the Photo.

The item list now filters by your tags. Tagged twenty items Maybe? Pull them all up in one click when the customer decides.
Choose the Item’s Photo
Manually added items no longer get a random image. Pick a frame from the walkthrough video, or upload from gallery or camera.

Deletions That Stick
Deleting an item from search results now persists — no more resurrected items.
Specialty Items, Counted Right
TVs, lamps, mirrors, and artwork are now categorized correctly in the dashboard summary.
